christian Posted August 23, 2021 Posted August 23, 2021 I created a plugin with ScriptMaker for Windows10 x64 and MacOs (BigSur). In Windows the plugin runs as expected, but in MacOs the plugin is not recognized by FileMaker. In Preferences->Plugins it is not shown. Then I put it in a FileMaker container field and tried with install plugin file. With result it could not be loaded. What is the problem here?
nick360Works Posted August 23, 2021 Posted August 23, 2021 Hi Christian, With the new versions of MacOS and FileMaker, plugins are required to be signed by a developer in order to be used. Since ScriptMaster generated plugins are not built by 360Works directly, they are not signed automatically. For user created plugins, you'll need to sign the plugin yourself. Please refer to this documentation page for more information, and how to sign your plugin: http://docs.360works.com/index.php/ScriptMaster#FileMaker_18_Changes . Please let me know if you have any questions.
