Unsure which forum this should be asked in...

Filemaker help provides information on the 3 types of connection status i.e. Not encrypted, encrypted but SSL unverified and Connected and SSL verified. Great - actually found something in the Filemaker help

Problem - on one Users filemaker connection (Using Windows 10 on PC), none of these three statuses are shown/indicated - the top right of their Filemaker window is simply blank where this icon should appear.  How to get the icon displayed?

On another PC in the same room, using the same internet/router connection to the same database the icon is showing as red unlocked padlock - connection is not encrypted (this is correct).

What needs to be done on the Server to get a valid SSL certificate verified. "Let's Encrypt" certificate does not appear to work with Filemaker
