I try to import a CSV file from FM  to WC but get an error this is not a UTF-8 file.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

 

Did you select the UTF-8 character set when exporting?

Or did you perhaps construct the entire CSV in a field and then exported the field contents? That would certainly explain it.

Thank You For Your reply. 

I select the UTF-8 character.

 

Then I don't know. I don't work with WooCommerce, perhaps the problem is on their side. You can verify that the exported file is UTF-8 encoded by opening it in a text editor such as BBEdit.
