A client's IT dept lock down all outgoing URLS.  I need to supply the url that 360Works plugins call when first run, to download 'support' files.  Is it https://360works.com/xxxxxx ?

For Mac see the instructions here. Make sure to follow the instructions for FileMaker Server 

 

For Windows, see the instructions here. There is no specific Filemaker Server instructions. FileMaker Pro and Server plugins share the same folder location.

From that page I found the log file located in C:\Windows\Temp and from there was able to figure out that it needed the jre folder in C:\Program Data\360Works\Plug-ins and in C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\360Works\Plug-ins\

I put the jre folder in those locations, restarted the fmse service and the plugin is now functioning correctly on FM Server.
