Can't send an email with outlook through filemaker

Hi!

First of all, sorry if I can't explain me properly. I am not a user of the filemaker, but my work colleagues are having problems with it.

They use the filmmaker 10 (32bits) and Office 365 (64bits) on windows 10 (64bits). The filemaker 10 never had problems opening the "new email" window in Outlook. Some months ago(can't be precise), when it calls for Outlook, it just doesn't do anything, no error, nothing... doesn't matter if Outlook is opened or closed, it doesn't show open the "new email" window.

We tried different computers with the same versions and it works, but is happening in 3 computers. They are both HP, I even though the problem was related the bloatware that hp installs, since is the only similarity about them, but why now?

Here is the error on the event viewer:

FileMaker and Office have to be the same bit-versions. Since FileMaker started 64bit versions with v14 you either update to a 64bit version of FileMaker or downgrade your Office to 32 bit.
