Ocean West Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 I have several field techs with iPads or iPhones back in the day when I setup this system we just used the same credentials because people were sharing devices. That has long changed and each user has their own device. I am trying to reconfigure things so that users login and get their files but for some reason I think the update process resigns them back in with the original credentials. What's the best way to re-set this up properly?
