Some emails not getting downloaded from email server.

I'm starting to notice a few emails are missing in FileMaker after reading them from the email server. I'm assuming they are not getting picked up from the email server. So far, this appears to just be in one email account. What might cause this, how to fix it, AND is there a method for searching for those missed emails. 

What I mean by "missing" : I can see the emails via the web portal to the email, but not in Filemaker.

The script is running a scheduled servier side script. This is what I'm using:

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
