Filemaker 20 and Webdirect not showing Portals

Our Filemaker Server and clients were updated to version 20 recently. Since the update a number of my files which are accessed over webdirect do not show the contents of portals. I've tried recreating the portals, checking the relationships, starting and stopping the database on the server etc but I can not get the portals to display on Webdirect. 

 

The webdirect versions were working at the start of the week on version 19. 

 

Has anyone else come accross a similar problem?

Doesn’t show portal or doesn’t show records in the portal? Are the related records in the same file? Permissions?
