"Create backup" function returns the following error .......

“FM Starting Point_3_6_2024_41608PM.fp7” could not be created on this disk.  Use a different name, make more room on the disk, unlock it or use a different disk.

 

how do I fix it?  running a Carlton Consulting custom made FM solution with FM Pro 16.0.5.500 on my MacBook Pro macOS Ventura 13.5.2 w/ 1GB HD
