Apologies, I've been away from FM for about 6 months and I'm having a mental block, can someone help please?

I'm trying to get a portal to filter records and I'm using "<" & ">" to do it. The problem is I want record records > but also <, essentially, if we are talking about numbers 1 to 10 I want numbers greater than 4 but less than 7. If I use the "and" operator I get all records because I've used parameters that contradict each other.

Make the portal filter like: 

4 < PortalTO::Field and PortalTO::Field < 7
