We can see that the text color is red, but we cannot tell why from looking at a screenshot. It could be because:

  • conditional formatting is applied to the field;
  • the field is formatted to display the text in red (either as part of its style, or by overriding the style);
  • the text itself is formatted as red.

If you have eliminated the top two reasons, then you must edit the actual text in the field (in Browse mode). You can use the TextColorRemove() function to remove color formatting from the text, or the TextFormatRemove() function to remove any formatting applied to the text.

If you only have a few records to fix, you can do this manually by copying the text, then pasting it back and doing Undo once.

Make sure you have a backup before you try any of this.

---
Of course, all of this is assuming that the field is a Text field, not a Calculation field.

Unless you post a file showing the problem (preferably a copy with everything else removed), it will be anyone's guess.

There aren't that many options. Either you have formatted it as red, or you have imported it as such.
