I am using a barcode scanner to scan product information into a portal. Among other information, the price for each item displays in each line of the portal. Is it possibel to have a field outside of the portal display just the price for the last item scanned (a specific field in the last row in the portal)? I believe I would have to use a calculated field as I do not know if I have a means of executing a script after each barcode scan.

I would like to have the price displayed in a much larger font so that it is easier for the user to read. I have been unable get a calculated field to work properly.

Why not show the price of each item in the portal row?

You can allow entry to it and then enter it there, even make the text bigger and different colour.....
