Dear All,

I would like to back-up a file , let's say 17:00 everyday, since that file is on the host. I use to go to Remote administration then close the file from host ...then make a copy of it ..then put it back that file on the host.

IS there a way to make a back-up of a file automatic everyday and it give a different name?

Filemaker Server has the ability to run automatic backup scripts controlled on a time and day basis.

What version of Filemaker Server are you running and what OS? This will determine how you setup the scripts.
