FileMaker Unlimted and Small Business Server 4.0

I am considering installing FMPro Unlimited on a Compaq Proliant 2500 server with Microsoft Small Business Server 4.0. Will I be limited to 25 simultaneous connections because of SBS or will FMPro Unlimited allow an unlimited amount of connections? I will be using FMPro to instantly publish some databases at the school where I am the network admin.

Unlimited will server unlimited users.

I do not know, if the SBS will actually run the FM.

I have only one experience with SBS and that was the worst nightmare.

You could run FM Unlim. almost on anything, from Mac G3 to PII with NT.

Yes but it's all I have. I would like to use Linux but there is not a version of FileMaker

And the SBS is connected to the Interned full time with static IP address?

In any case, you can (maybe) use the WebConnector:

Run Unlimited on good machine.

On machine which can run WebConnector on Internet static IP (web server) install WC and connect that to the Unlimited (on anything it runs OK).
