export to microsoft access including field names

Hi,

I have FileMaker 5.5 Pro on mac.

I can export records as Tab-delimited or WKS (but doesn't include fieldnames)

How do I export field names as well to Microsoft Access?

Thanks in advance,

Paul

Export as a DBF file; field names will export with it.

Whether Access can import the data I dunno; personally I recommend getting rid of Access and doing all your databases in Filemaker, but some people can't leave the side of a volcano even if it's rumbling, so...

Hi Paul.

Of course Access can import the DBF format - you can acually choose between 3 different versions of DBase in Access -97 and probably more in XP. Funny with the comment from DanJacoby ... It seems like the mac-people is the only one who still think that MS is on it's way out ... what an illusion :-)
