Dear All,

Is there a way to export a record to Ms-word file using XML right? ...

I really have no idea how to make a ms-word file.

FM is not creating Word File, it will just export XML. Then if Word can import that -- probably with custom style sheet -- you have the Word document.

You actually don't need XML to do this. You can creat an ODBC connection to pull data into a Word Document. You'll need to set up your ODBC driver and also enable LDAC (Local Data Access Companion) in your FileMaker database. Once this is done, you'll have the ability to pull data in. Hope this helps.
