When I try to access files on os9 (FMP 5.5) "server" from osX "client" (FMP 5.5)via open host dialog there are no hosts. Works from os9 to os9 no probs, also works from classic.

We,re not running FM server serving files wit client version. I can log onto the "server" and access all other files via file sharing. if I try ( Iknow your not supposed to) to share FM files through file sharing I get single user or in use message. The rest of our office isn't ready to go osX but iI don't want to go back to 9 please help!!!!

It could be a network protocol problem. If your host machine is using AppleTalk, you will need to switch in FM Preferences --> Application to TCP/IP. This will need to be done on all the OS 9 machines as well.
