The simplest solution would be a standard text field (format it to have a vertical scrollbar so that you don't need to have it 60+ lines long on screen) and is MUCH MUCH easier to use in a Find than a field with 60 repeats, but it depends what you actually want to do with the data once it's all entered.

I built a solution for just this purpose and the simplest solution (I think) was to create a software file and a separate license file. Worked very well for me.
