speed up when click value list

I would like to know if there is a way when i click on a field with value list ..it appears fast ...since I use host but it is still slow. Does anyone have the same problem?

This is really a speed of network vs speed of local access. The network access is something on the order of 100x SLOWER than local access. So what you are seeing is not unusual.

Generally what you want to do is to get your development onto the deployment platform as soon as possible, as you can then see what the actual performance will be and develop accordingly.
