Is there one available anywhere??? Can it be done?

I am having all sorts of trouble trying to find out about a calendar solution but haven't seen anything yet that fits.

We have 5.5 server and FM 6 clients on OS9. We have a scheduler built into our database but the key is to make it a proper appointments style calendar with a pop up alert to notify about meeting etc.

Maybe this isn't practical. At the moment we are exporting to the palm calendar software. We use Quickmail in the office which I want to get rid of but Entourage seems to be the best free option on the client side and we are going to use the calendar in that.

Do anybody have any ideas. Are there sloutions that do this. The problem seems to be the time issue and that's why the appointments pop up is a problem.

Why not use a FM plug-in such as Activator (www.troi.com) to trigger the pop-ups? You can also use a plug-in such as Troi Dialog to give more complete options in the pop-up dialogs.
