I need to change the color background in a field of my employ

To be clear, you are not really changing the background color. You need your normal field and a calculated (or not) container field placed behind it. The most likely reason it only works on one record is that your global multimedia container is NOT defined as a Global field with a container attribute, but as a container field. If this is the case, the colors are only stored in a single record.
