I'm desperately trying to get a reply from the people at Soft communications about purchasing a copy of their Winfax plugin, but alas, after 3 email non news.

Does anyone have a phone number where I can reach these guys or tell me how I can purchase a plugin copy without a credit card ?

They are pretty careful not to mention much contact information, but there is an address and phone buried in one of their FM example files as an example invoice. Don't know if it is for real, but it seems so.

This is more the rule than the exception. If you are looking for a customer driven business, stay completely away from computers and software. "Customer Service" has been redefined as "look at the FAQ's on our web site, play with our voice mail system, and talk to our operators who read scrips off screens".

Yes, but it kinda sucks, because when you buy the software (if you can get it first!) you're kinda stuck in the woods. It's like buying a car without having a garage available for maintenance or repairs. Anyway thanks for helping out on this one, now I just have to try get the guys on the phone.
