I have a Portal that has seven rows, but continues beyond that with information. If for example there is 15 rows of info, i want to be able to print all of them. Right now it only prints what is displayed? Am I going to have to write a script to complete this task?

You'll want to actually do you printing in the related file. Portals are made for screen display not printing.
