Multiple page text superimposed over header

I have a problem with a text field for narratives of a report. The layout includes a Title Header and a Header. The problem starts when the second and subsequent pages print . The text starts printing in the header section. (superimposed over the header).

The frustration is not only finding the problem, but finding out why I can get it to work fine on one computer, but not the others.

New computers, but updated the drivers anyway. Unfortunately no change.
