Problem hosting FM6 dbases on G4 using OS 10.2.2

Hi,

I'm trying to host a series of dbases using Filemaker Pro 6v1 (single license) on a G4 running OS 10.2.2 and I just can't get access to them from our other machines in the office. I currently have an old G3/300 running the dbases using FM6 and OS 10.1.5 and everything runs fine. All the other client machines are running FM 5.5 and OS 9.2.2. I've tried to match the settings of the G3/300 to the G4 and FM. I've made sure no other process or app is using port 80...., the network protocol is TCP/IP, ETC. Is there an issue with Jaguar (OS10.2) and FM or has some network thing changed or.... Anyone have a similar problem as this?

Have you tried manually entering the IP address of the server in the "hosts" dialog?

Are the files configured as "multi-user"?

Have you checked the Firewall status in 10.2?

System Prefs->Sharing->Firewall

I think it's off by default but it might be something to look at.
