TRANSFERING FM FILES

I am making changes to my FM database ie scrips, formates. How do I transfer those change to my FM database at the office.. Using FM 6.4

At home, save as clone. This will create a copy of your database with no records.

Then go to the office, open the clone, and import the records from the other database.
