Hi-I am a new user to FM5-so, be gentle!!

I want to create reports from a database built on my Mac and email them to PC users to print out. The Pc users do not have Filemaker, so Is it possible for me to save the reports in a word or excel file and then send them? I would also like to create some graphs and charts and email them to these Pc's. Is this possible? Thanks, Terri

First Method:

Export you records as "Text Tab Delimited". Open it in Excell on your mac and resave it as an Excell file.

Second Method:

Print to a Postscript file and then use distiller to create a PDF(You can also use PDF writer)

Third Method Most difficult)

Create a CDML template and view the database as HTML in a table. Then you can save it as HTML. Excell can open HTML tables and convert them to Excell format.
