I am in no way a programmer and thanks to the many contributors to this forum for your informative posts.

I've set two passwords for access to a particular file; administrator and user. Admin. having full access, and I'm trying to control delete access to the users. I've reached the point where FMP is looking for a calculation formula to control delete access to records. As stated before, not a programmer. Any help greatly appreciated.

What is your criteria for allowing users to delete?

I would like users not to be able to delete any records, including records made in error.
