Export the data from Act to a text file. Then import that text file into Filemaker. Or you could open the file in Excel and then import into Filemaker.

Actually, I don't know of any way to do an export from ACT. As well, there are multiple files in ACT for contacts, appointments, etc., all in different formats. I read a discussion of this very topic somewhere in the last couple of weeks, but now that I need it, of course I can't remember where I saw it. If there is a way to do the Export....?
