Hi

I use FM for a contact database and if I type in a persons name, their contact profile comes up - great!

I would like to (somehow) be able to type a company name, and a drop down box of my contacts within that company appears so I can then make a further selection of the person. Currently, if I type in a company name, the first person on the sort list appears only.

Hope you can assist

many thanks in advance

I think we're going to need to know a little more about how your database is set up.

Do you have a single record for a company with multiple contacts? or is there a duplicate company record for each additional contact?

If they're on separate records, here's something that might help.

First you should script your entire find process (starting with enter find mode and pause... better yet, have a separate layout for finds). Then after the find is performed, if Status(CurrentFoundCount) > 1 then go to a list layout instead of a form layout.
