change relationship names

I have a system with 30 files and I have to change the file names. Is there a simple and practical way to change them and to change the file names in the relationships otherwise the relationships won't work properly.

If you have Developer version than you can use Developer Tool for renaming those files, otherwise it's ... PIB.
