Making initials from text

Who can help me with this? I couldn't find a solution at FMForums...

I like to have a calculationfield that makes initials from a text field 'company'.

Example: 'Daily Times' becomes 'DT" or 'Super Market' becomes 'SM'.

I tried First(company,1) & RightWords(company,1), but that gives me the whole second word...
