Newbies way Posted April 11, 2001 Newbies Share Posted April 11, 2001 Hi I have an simple FM5 database (Macintosh) with only 2 fields called "name" and "message". I need to create an script that export content of field "message" into an text file called "name". For example: If in the database is a record of this type: "name"=Fred; "message"= Hi, Fred I need to create an text file called Fred and content of this file have to be: Hi Fred. Gerd Muller Posted April 12, 2001 Share Posted April 12, 2001 As you can't automaticly define a filename in filemaker, you have to help you with a plug in. Try "Troi File-Plugin" from Troi.
