Just use the Send Email script step. You can send an email message to either a fixed address or to the contents of a field, like say a field called "Email Address". You can also create a calculation field that will serve as the body of you message. [by adsl I assume you mean asyncronous DSL. The type of connection to the internet should not matter as long as the is no firewall preventing mail server traffic.]
