Can somebody tell me if FM Server 5.5 would work on Win XP (Prof. or Home Ed.)?

Try it. You can try it with Trial.

I wouldn't touch 95, 98, Me and XP home with 6 feet wooden pole.

We have excellent result with W2000 client and FM 5.5

FileMaker Server requires Win 2000.

No, it is running on other OS as NT4 and possibly also on some other Windoze stuff.
