Hi,

Is there a plug-in that would allow me to re-size a picture before I save it

in an FM database? I am working on a ID badge app and would like the option

of "zooming in" on a photo to have all employee faces about the same size.

The zooming in does not require a plug in. Just create a different layout with the image in a larger container. You can preview the image in small container with the graphics preferences set to reduce.

If you are a mac user, you can use AppleScript to resize the image before importing it. (Or you can use the new thumbnail generation on image import feature with image imports.)
