It is not a bug !!

I've done a lot of similar apps. and i also received the nasty warning:

then simply copy the 'SYSTEM' folder (located under the DEVELOPER folder) under the folder in which you have your run time solution.

The original SYSTEM folder contains all the translators & filters for the import/exp. operations FM have to do for you.
