I have a Invetory DB this have a lot fields, but one of them is a Programs (check boxes) in this I mark all the programs are installed in a computer, so, I need to bring just the marked boxes to a report list. Chuck Posted June 5, 2001 Posted June 5, 2001 I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but perhaps this piece of information will help. In FileMaker, when you format a field to be check boxes and assign a value list, when multiple check boxes are checked, each value list item checked is placed into the field separated by returns. A nice way to see this is to place a copy of the field on the same layout where it is a check box field, but have it be a standard field. Check a few boxes and see how the contents change in the standard formatted field. I hope this helps, but if not, please give us some more information. Chuck
