June 5, 200124 yr HI, Please I need somebody help me, I want make a list report from a field with check boxes. I have a Invetory DB this have a lot fields, but one of them is a Programs (check boxes) in this I mark all the programs are installed in a computer, so, I need to bring just the marked boxes to a report list. June 5, 200124 yr I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but perhaps this piece of information will help. In FileMaker, when you format a field to be check boxes and assign a value list, when multiple check boxes are checked, each value list item checked is placed into the field separated by returns. A nice way to see this is to place a copy of the field on the same layout where it is a check box field, but have it be a standard field. Check a few boxes and see how the contents change in the standard formatted field. I hope this helps, but if not, please give us some more information. Chuck
