A friend has just told me about no-ip. Thought it might be useful to anyone wanting to share FMPRO files over TCP/IP with a dynamic ISP allocated IP address.

Go to www.no-ip.com for all the info. It is free and basically allows you to set up a domain name such as fmproserver.no-ip.info which means that your users will always be able to log onto the host even when your IP address is routinely changed by reconnecting.

My fried uses it to broadcast an ip from behind a router firewall to use Timbuktu.
