Scrollbars and access to desktop in Kiosk mode

A kiosk mode solution I have written works fine on a Mac but under Windows displays irritating scroll bars. Also clicking around the edges gives me access to the Windows desktop. Anyone know a solution?

The scroll bars are most likely caused by one or more layouts that are slightly too big...they are larger (maybe 1 or 2 pixels) than whichever layout you originally zoomed too.

As for clicking around the edges, or getting the desktop, my kiosk does not exhibit that problem. I can, however, bring up the task bar.
