Do you have to pause FM Server while doing this? I know for a backup you do. The books don't say to, but I'd sure hate to destroy this wonderful piece of work doing an export.

I'm not sure what you mean by "pause" FM Server, but the answer is no, you don't have to do anything special to perform an export.

Maybe "pausing" is only for older versions. I am running 3.0 and you have to basically stop the server to do a backup of the files. In the server manual it says to use the "pause" command in the BAT file.
