the walker Posted February 11, 2003 Posted February 11, 2003 does any one know of a plugin i can use so i dont need a different page setup script step for every printer on our network. i have a mixed network of pc and mac. with the macs i only need one setup for every printer to scale and such like. but on the pc every one is different. this really sucks. i can sit for days and duplicate the steps for our printers but when it comes to sending out the runtimes to client lord knows what printers they have. i cant make a setup for them all please any help filemaker sort this out

SteveB Posted March 4, 2003 Posted March 4, 2003 Having never used a printer plugin, I can't tell you what they can accomplish. For Windows platforms, you can also consider WinBatch which can do it all (one way or another). Its a really useful Windows automation tool. www.wilsonware.com
