Locked out of my own file-Need Help!

I just hadFfilemaker try a default password when it opens and it was one that restricted access. Now I can't get to a new password window to enter the master PW. Where do I go? I am on one computer, i.e., not logging on from any other site or network. It's just me and my laptop (Mac OS X). Thanks if you can help, Carlo

Try holding down the "Option" key when you launch the file. The password dialog should appear.
