Hello,

I have a perplexing problem, and I need a quick answer. I've developed a small database for tracking workflow in my office. It tracks the start date

and time for a task and then the end date and time. Such as START 2/25/03, 12:30 P.M. ... END 2/25/03, 4:30 P.M. I need to create a field that

can calculate the last END DATE. The problem is this. There can be multiple END dates, depending on how long the task takes. It could START

and END several times. I only need the last END date or completed date, which could be anyone of multiple field entries as it's a repeating

field. So, if works like this:

So, say a task was started on 2/25 at 12:30. Then, I went to lunch from 1:30 - 2:30. Then, started again at 2:30. Then ended at 5

(time to go home!). But, the task wasn't completed. So, the next morning, 2/26, at 9 I resumed. Then, completed it at 1:30. This could go one for days.

What I need is the last END date. It's a repeated field.

Please help me.

Thanks,

Chris

Hello,

Sorry, this is hard to explain. The problem is the that the fields repeat

on multiple lines. As many as 8 people could work on a task and I only need to know that last date for which there is an END date associated.

Thanks,

Chris
