Export to Separate Records with Multiple Repeating Fields

Please help. I need to export records as separate records, but I have multiple repeating fields. How can I best do this?

Perform a find for the records you wish to export.

Create a new FM Database with the fields you want.

Within the new database, import the records from the original db, select the option "splitting them into seperate records".

I had a similar question (see below) and tried the above solution. The problem is that you then end up with a bunch of duplicate records. FOr example, mine is a HR Database. If employee "Smith" had a repeating field with 5 repetitions then I ended up with 5 records for Smith. Is there a solution?

Thanks for your comments.

First of all: What exactly do you want to accomplish? What should be the end result?
