Using FM Server through a VPN

Here is a new one, I think!

I have been asked to expand a local network using Win 2000 server and FM Server into two distant offices. These offices are connected through a VPN connection into the local network. Anybody have any expereince and wisdom on setting this up?

Port 5003 must go through the VPN. Otherwise -- no problems.
