I am using FMP 5.5 on OS X.

When I go to the table view, it will not show all the information in the box. How do I make this happen? I need it, so when I print the document all the information is shown.

This is extremely important as I need the print out for a class.

If necessary, I will email you my file.

Thanks

C

Hi,

Well, you cannot really dynamically change the field size to slide for printing purpose.

But you can modify the width of the field while in Layout mode in table view or switch to list view and change height and width.

Not sure it answers your problem though...

ok i can change the width in Browse mode, but how do i change the height...no double arrow come up or anthing. if i try to change the height or width in Layout mode, it brings me to the form view instead of the table view.

any thoughts? thanks for the previous response

Hello,

Oops Sorry,

But you can modify the width of the field while in Browse mode in table view or switch to list/columnar report and change height and width.

Table view is not a type of layout but a view of your data in a spreadsheet. Use list/columnar for printing. If you like the way Table looks like, then create a header that will look like the Table and work on the body for height modification.
