I have designed an invoice layout with the line items included in a portal. It prints the portal records I have data in, plus an empty last record. Is there any way to stop the empty record from printing also? (Yes, it is empty, it just shows the checkbox data field, but nothing is checked)

STOP PRINTING PORTALS !!!!!

Draw an Invoice Layout using the Summary functions in your Line Item File.

It's printing the blank line because you have the "allow creation of related records" option checked in the relationship definition.

Ugo is right. It's best to print from the related file except in very special situations.
