a script to divide new records among other db's

Dear ..

I'm a newby in scripting. I'm trying to divide only new records from db A on a weekly basis to B(db called 'Level 1) or C (db called Level 2). B and C are related to A using an unique ID#. Db A contains a field: Level.

Dear ...,

Every week I have to check a db (A) for new records and in case there are new records they must be placed in one of the related db's (not in both). (B or C). Is there a script for this operation?
