Is there a way to setup a script to export records and setup a file so that each time it goes to the same file and has the same fields selected to export?

1. Perform your export.

2. Create a script: Export (Restore)

In the script you can also select checkboxes: whether to show the choose fields dialog and/or the save file dialog. I.e. you can do the whole thing with no dialog at all. FileMaker will automatically overwrite the old file.
